Process to Make Custom Championship Belts
At WWE Spinner Belt, we know that a championship belt signifies not only an achievement but also a symbol of pride. Therefore, we provide a range of flexible customization options to help you design the ideal belt, whether it's for individuals, sports, wrestling, fantasy football, military awards, or corporate events. No matter your budget, we ensure that everyone can have a unique, customized championship belt.
Step 1: Start With a Rough Sketch
Select a belt from our shop or dive into our Design Gallery to customize it with your distinct logo, text, and style. We offer the option to design a wrestling belt from scratch. All we need are your design details, a rough sketch, and any inspirational images you have in mind. Before the magic begins, we’ll present the belt artwork for your approval.
Step 2: Select Your Belt Plate Materials
Once the design is complete, you can select the most suitable material based on your budget. For the economy belt, 4 mm thick etching plates are used. Alternatively, for premium Quality Belts at different prices, you can choose between 6 mm thick or 8 mm thick dual layers of scratch-resistant Deep HD engraving plates.
Step 3: Choose Leather Strap Color
Next, you can select from a range of leather strap colors and custom backing options, such as crocodile or snake skin. We use genuine leather with 4 mm strap thickness for replicas and custom championship belts. The standard leather strap length is 52 inches (Adult Size), but you can also customize the strap size to fit your specific needs.
Step 4: The Production And Shipping Process
With your design, materials, and leather colors aligned, we begin the production process. Crafting a custom championship belt typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. The metal plates will be engraved, polished, and plated with gold and chrome, ensuring a masterpiece worthy of champions. Upon completion, we will share the final images with you and provide a tracking code once the carefully packaged belts are shipped.
